Eligible Vendors

Wholesale Direct is being made available to pre-registered retail stores via invitation only. These invitations will be made principally to customers of the brand, both recent and past. As a result, in certain instances, there may end up being more than one store selling our product in a particular town. All vendors must provide a resale certificate in advance of placing their first order.

Legal Business / Sales Tax ID

Buyer/Customer must be a valid legal business with a current Resale Certificate or Sellers Permit# in order to purchase through our wholesale portal (copy of certificate will be requested if we do not have on file). For those customers that are in a Sales Tax Exempt State, please provide your Tax ID # (AK, DE, MT, NH, OR).

Returns

All sales are final. Returns will be authorized only for manufacturing defects, or Company shipping errors, and only if requested within 7 business days from the receipt of goods. Return labels will be provided at time of approval. Unauthorized returns may be subjected to a 25% restocking charge.

Promotions

Promotions offered on our retail site cannot be used or applied to wholesale orders for any reason.

Terms of Sales

Wholesale Direct Customers must enter all of their orders on the Company’s Wholesale Direct Portal. Customers will receive 55% off the Regular Retail Price of all items. There are no minimums, and ground freight will be provided at no additional cost. Payment for orders is to be made via credit card at the time of order.
